Lunch?

The edible day lily (hemerocallis) which I bought as a tiny plant last January has flourished. I chopped yesterday’s wilted flowers into a potato salad for lunch. Can’t say they contributed much taste. However there’s lots of buds so I might try drying the flowers and then stewing them as the Chinese do.
