Sky high

What is it? A mature olive grove flourishing 160 metres above ground level. Where? On the top of of the Beetham Tower in Manchester, UK of all unlikely places, as the garden of the skyscraper’s penthouse, apparently the highest in Europe. Why? For the pre-dinner martinis presumably.
